Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-07-06
These terms govern the use of the DADORI platform ([[dadori.com]]).
1. Scope & provider
The provider is [[Company name]] (see legal notice). By registering you accept these terms.
2. The service
DADORI connects people with projects: users create profiles with skills and interests, publish projects and apply to others' projects. DADORI is only an intermediary and does not become a party to any collaboration between users.
The startup and investor areas are currently marked "coming soon" and not yet functional.
3. Registration & account
An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for providing accurate information. Minimum age is 18.
4. User content & conduct
You are responsible for your content and grant DADORI the right to display it within the service. Unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content and spam are prohibited. We may remove content/accounts that violate these terms.
5. Paid plans
Some features (e.g. creating projects) require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe.
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the paid period remains usable until then. You can cancel anytime from billing settings.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy). It may lapse once performance begins before the deadline, provided you expressly agreed.
7. Liability
DADORI is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and under product-liability law. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for other users' content or conduct.
8. Termination by DADORI
We may terminate for good cause (e.g. breach of these terms) without notice.
9. Changes
We will notify you of changes in good time. If you do not object within the stated period, the amended terms are deemed accepted.
10. Final provisions
The law of [[Germany]] applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is [[provider's seat]]. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
